23rd Annual Implement The King Dream Awards Banquet
As we celebrate 365 days of Black History and commemorate the 51st anniversary (MLK 51) and legacy of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr., what an exciting time as we continuously discover historical accomplishments of African Americans that benefit all Americans. On Friday, April 12, 2019 at 7:30pm, the beautiful DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel, Norfolk,VA will transform as we celebrate The 23rd Annual Implement the King Dream Awards Banquet.
We pause to pay tribute to Dr. Martin L. King, Jr., a man who stood for equality and justice for all persons and who eventually gave his life for this cause. Persons in the Hampton Roads community who perform selfless acts and daily exemplify and implement the dream of the late soldier for justice will be celebrated at this event.
