Dinner Club @ Cleaver & Co.
Once a month we like to invite our customers to enjoy a meal in the shop prepared by our talented butchers. We limit it to 24 seats in one seating at communal tables. The event is BYOB although Pearl Wine Co. will provide pairings per course for an additional charge.

- Sweet Potato Cavatelli Pasta, Chappapeela Duck Confit, Chanterelles with a Duck, Sage & Cane Syrup Jus and Duck Cracklin'
- Confit Gonsoulin Land & Cattle Beef Shank, Butter Beans, Roasted Garlic Puree, Pickled Pepper Herb Salad
- Local Peaches and Cream Crepes, Candied Inglewood Pecans, Blueberry Caramel
