Cuisine Française: Bastille Day Celebration
Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité! Join us in Atwater for Bastille Day, celebrating the July 14, 1879 insurgency, which stormed the medieval Bastille prison in Paris to end aristocratic rule in France.
Le 14 Juillet is celebrated today with feasts, fetes, and fireworks. Vive la France!
Sponsored by Whittier Backyard Farms, and held at Plant Based Parties, our Bastille Day prix fixe dinner includes shiitake escargot, chickpea foie gras, portobello boeuf, and raspberry charlotte.
We'll dine under the stars on this beautiful July evening. Célébrons!

Why vegan? Our inclusive cuisine welcomes everyone. Not only is it vegan, we can make it gluten-free/soy-free/corn-free, you name it.
Why local? Supporting a neighborhood farm* means eating healthy, pure, sustainably grown food. It also means a reduced carbon footprint, increased independence for our local economy, and reduced reliance on non-local resources.
Why experimental? Vegan and raw vegan cuisine is the new Wild West for food lovers. We have the most fun pioneering and helping invent this cuisine!
