Event
Cheryl Wheeler and John Gorka
Join us for a special Six String Concerts 20th Anniversary concert, featuring two of the most best and most requested performers weve had the pleasure to present.
Her website says: Cheryl Wheeler has to be seen to be appreciated. Nothing you read and nothing you hear from her album prepares you for how good a performer she is. Its true.
We could use words like wit and wisdom or phrases like laugh til you cry or vocally and lyrically amazing. But really, youve got to see her and hear her to believe her.
Shes that good.

Gorka first performed on the Six String stage during our second season and is returning for his 10th visit.
Gorka, whose music helped define the New Folk movement, has remained a fan favorite at festivals and concert venues all over the country. His thoughtful story songs, expressiveness, and vulnerability endear him to audiences, and his live performances always have that something extra.
