Chicago's first vertical farm and food business incubator is once again hosting the city's finest food trucks for a great day of Southside fun!

Proceeds from the event will support our non-profit organization, Plant Chicago, in its mission to promote closed-loop food production and sustainable economic development through education and research.

Fresh fruits and vegetables grown in The Plant's very own urban farms
