1st Course: Marinated Shellfish and Pickled Little Fishes on Grilled Bread with Stinging Nettles & Really Good Olive Oil
2nd Course: A Salad of Pretty Speckled Leaves, Shaved Raw Vegetables & Anchovy-Garlic Dressing
3rd Course: Braised Lamb Shoulder with Roasted Young Artichokes, New Potatoes & Hazelnut Gremolata
Dessert Course: Old World Tiramisu with Grated Chocolate, Allspice & Vanilla
**Our Guest Chef Dinner is a student led activity. We are restricted to making menu accommodations for vegetarian requests only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our Guest Chef Dinner Series provides an opportunity for students to work with highly acclaimed industry chefs and are held periodically throughout the school year. These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
