Come on a journey showcasing the many different Cru's from Beaujolais, some with vintage age and some in large format. A great approach to drinking from the great unsung properties and wines in Burgundy and to see the differences to found throughout the region. We love the wines of Beaujolais and each Cru expresses a different personality and expression with age as well. These are more serious wines that we will expertly prepare a classic meal of French inspired dishes true to the region to transport you there. The menu will feature many ingredients pulled from our local Maine farmers, such as Breezy Hill, Stonecipher, North Star, and Snell.
