Music in Corrales 2019-20 Season Ticket Package - 8 concerts
The 33rd season of Music in Corrales will continue our mission of enriching our community with great music. The range of artists and genres will delight and inspire you, and will expand your musical horizons.
Lutenist Ronn McFarlane kicks off the season in September with a performance that brings the lute into today's musical mainstream. October brings the eclectic Chicago jazz group The Chris Greene Quartet. Blues group The Connection, with guitar legend Monster Mike Welch and friends, arrives in November for an evening of powerful blues. And in December, back by popular demand, a cappella vocal ensemble m-pact returns to the Old Church with a joyful holiday program.
In January, classical pianist and composer Michael Brown brings a program interweaving the classics and his own compositions. Husband-and-wife folk duo Hannah Alkire and Joe Scott, performing as Acoustic Eidolon, will fill the Old Church with a variety of musical styles in February. Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, Celtic trio Socks in the Frying Pan appear in March with dynamic vocal harmonies and musicianship. We wrap the season in April with the exquisitely skilled Friction Quartet.
