Our 5 beer / 3 course Dinner was created by Chefs John Simmons and Jaime Villanueva to perfectly pair with some of the best and most sought after beers PURE PROJECT BREWING has to offer. This will be a memorable pairing experience that it is guaranteed to satisfy all of Las Vegas Foodies and Beer enthusiast.

ROMEO & JULIUS, Cream Ale w/Organic Vanilla Beans & Organic Oranges, 5.5% ABV

DIAMOND DUST , Murky IPA w/ Cashmere & Mosaic Hops , 6.7% ABV

RAIN , Unfiltered Pilsner, 5.5% ABV

NEW FASHIONED, Sour Imperial Red Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels with tart cherries and Valencia orange peel, 12.3% ABV

MURKLANDS, Murky Pale Ale w/ Citra Hops , 5.5% ABV

MILAGRO NITRO STOUT, Dry Stout with shade grown Costa Rican coffee & vanilla, 5.5% ABV

-Guacamole with pomegranate and toasted spiced pumpkin seeds topping.
-Tinga de Wild Mushroom Taco w/ avocado taquero salsa.
-Mango BBQ Rib Taco with habanero slaw on a sweet potato tortilla.
