This is our first event as a new production company and we are ecstatic to be bringing you the oldschool legend Vaski! He was a DJ that I saw when I first started raving back in 2011 and i'm super excited to bring him back to portland! Now you might be wondering what Wise Owl Entertainment is all about so let me tell you.. As a company Zachary Ashton Louis McComb and Ravin Ray grew up in the underground scene helping out several production companies grow and find their foothold in Portland. We have promoted for too many companies to count and we were very much involved in rebooting the PDX Dancesafe chapter within the last few years. As a new company our BIGGEST priority is your safety and bringing back real P.L.U.R.R. to Portland's EDM scene. We thrive on making a welcoming and safe environment for you to rage your face off, so join us for a night to not be forgotten!

** Vaski **

Influenced by his earlier genre interests like indie-rock, metalcore, and hip-hop (what most American teens were into at this time), Vaski recombines these to create a style that the press and general public has eaten up. He began as many EDM youths do, making bedroom beats and figuring out software DIY style. After gaining confidence with his tools and tracks, Vaski went looking for his break the old fashioned way. He was going to community college while working as a bank teller when he finally got a reply on MySpace from Rottun Records saying they wanted to release his work. Ever since then, he's been either on the road or in the studio.

Vaski initially found success in the dubstep world but his music has since evolved in a new exciting direction. In early 2016 he released his debut album Night Sessions. This release showed a major expansion in Vaski's sound, mixing many genres into one action-packed release. In 2015 He put out "Lazer Love" a massive collaboration with KSHMR on spinnin records. He also released "Weightless", which featured a music video with over 2 million views, premiering as one of the first ever music videos of the youtube channel "The Sound You Need". Throughout his career Vaski has had multiple #1's in beatport dubstep, top 10's on hypem, and been supported by countless other DJs.

Vaski's main objective is to make people move. He is not playing it safe, he continues to develop in new directions and push the envelope. He has recently incited crowds across three continents and nearly a dozen countries to lose control and dance their brains out. * koyote * {Bass Music}

After a successful run in the Bounce music genre, 6 tours, beatport top 100 releases and support from some of the biggest music acts in the industry, it felt like mindless rave music would be enough for Koyote. Or was it...

It wasnt until 2017 that Koyote had an awakening that would change his perception of music FOREVER. This experience came simply by doing far too many psychedelics substances front row at a Bassnectar performance and having made eye contact with the locd out space warrior himself (or at least he thinks he did). It wasnt until after the musical journey he was taken on that he discovered it wasnt Bassnectar at all who he was seeing, rather Space Jesus. Was it because they had similar hair? Maybe it was the intoxicants he had I ingested earlier in the night? Perhaps it was the fellow attendee grinding his teeth that had been yelling BASSNECTAR!!! repeatedly during the performance.

Through this mind opening ordeal he decided to set his sights and music endeavors in the transformational bass music arena where he hopes to pass special moments like these onto other party goers.

Tropical Twins {Clokwork & James Menges Bass/Breaks tag set}

Hailing from Gilligans Island in the 1960s. This dynamic duo came together in a tiny camp entertaining celebrities, college professors, seamen, and millionaires. They overcame the challenge of no bikes, no trains, no motor cars not a single luxury. With the drive to do so much more and with the help of a transistor radio their dream became a reality by becoming The Tropical Twins.
With musical influences like The Beach Boys, Barbara Streisand, Jimmy Buffet, and Wayne Newton these two are sure to bring the heat. With a resume consisting of numerous cruise ships, retirement homes, weddings and bar mitzvahs they are ready to knock the deepends off of every dance floor they come across.
So take your pill and park your jazzy its time to get down with The Tropical Twins! (I don't care who you are that's funny right there) Clokwork and Menges are all about making sure there is fun and silliness in the scene. This whole thing is about fun. Come dance and have an amazing time with us!

James Renegade (G.B.E)

James Renegade is called by many to be One of the best EDM DJ's Oregon has to offer". Not only is he a talented DJ and producer, he is the owner and founder of the mighty Ground Breaking Events (G.B.E.).

Many claim he was responsible for helping the rebirth of the Portland EDM community in a time when all night events were nearly non existent.

Winter of 2017 James returned to the forefront of the Portland dance music community after taking some time off to improve his craft. He played the largest NYE show in Portland, Oregon and continues to fill up his calendar with DJ bookings.
2018 is looking great for James, he has already released 2 original Melbourne Bounce tracks and you can expect more to come in the months ahead.

He has opened up or shared the stage with Industry Heavyweights such as Dada Life, Alvin Risk, Krewella, Borgore, Henry Fong, Infected Mushroom, Morgan Page, Kill The Noise, Nero, Wolfgang Gartner, Porter Robinson, Zedd & Chris Lake just to name a few.

James has performed at some of the biggest dance music concerts and music festivals in this region such as "New Years Eve Resolutions", "Life in color", "Moonlight Masquerade", "Kaleidoscope Music Festival" and "Paradiso Festival" what is said to be The largest Electronic dance music event ever staged in the Pacific Northwest.
