Kuniko Fukushima Afternoon Concert
Japanese singer/songwriter, Kuniko Fukushima.
Since I debuted in 1978, I have been performing continuously as a singer/songwriter.
I lived in Tokyo until 2014, but then fate intervened. Five years ago I moved to Seattle.
I have always written songs using my own words, and in my own language.
At this concert I will sing some of my original songs in Japanese, as I have always done.
I have a few new songs to perform, but I will also be playing some songs that I think everyone will know very well.
This is my third concert in Seattle, and as I perform. I will perform with great musicians at this concert.
