The two anthologies to be launched are: Samthology, honoring Sam Hamill and featuring work by Martin Espada, José Kozer, Rebeccas Seiferle and many of Sam Hamill's close friends. Make It True meets Medusario will also be launched, and it is a bilingual anthology, in Spanish and English, featuring poets from Cascadia and poets from the Latin American Neobarroco tradition, including Kozer, Raul Zurita, Carmen Berenguer, Roberto Echavarren, Eduardo Espina, Soleida Rios and Tamara Kamenszain. Kozer will represent the Neobarroco poets at the festival.

There will be panel discussions on Cascadian Zen, facilitated by Jason Wirth and Literary Translation as a Political Act: To Colonize or Recreate? This panel will be facilitated by William O'Daly.
