Rising Voices Oratory Competition
Registration for participants begins at 9:00 am. Doors open to the general public at 10:00 am. Competition starts promptly at 11am.
More than 100 young scholars across the Greater Seattle Area in elementary, middle and high school will gather for the 4th Annual Rising Voices Oratory Competition on May 18th.
