About Lee Dewyze...
Singer-songwriter Lee DeWyzes rousing emotionality and storyteller songwriting has enthralled both fans, and high-profile film/TV/advertising sync licensing tastemakers, earning him over 30 prime placements in just a few years.
There is a crystallizing moment in Lees childhood that poetically pre-figures his nascent gift as an emphatic and sensitive songwriter. Its become a piece of lore in the DeWyze household. When Lee was just four, his mother was listening to John Denvers Sunshine On My Shoulder, and noticed Lee was crying. Turns out, he was so taken aback by the song it moved him to tears.
Songs are magic for meIve always wanted to live inside them, the Mount Prospect, Illinois-based artist says. My aim with my music is to give people a moment of transcendence where they can step outside their world and into the song. I want to spread the magic.
About Elizabeth and the Catapult
Elizabeth Ziman, who performs as Elizabeth and the Catapult, is a critically acclaimed singer/songwriter from New York, living and working in Brooklyn. She's toured with the likes of Sara Bareilles and Kishi Bashi; collaborated with with Esperanza Spalding, Gillian Welch, Blake Mills and Ben Folds; scored, with Paul Brill, a variety of international award-winning documentaries including Trapped, a Peabody winner; and won the 2015 Independent Music Award for Songwriting, Folk category. Her songs have been featured in national television campaigns for Google, Amazon, Sky TV, and "So You Think You Can Dance".
