March Madness Festival
PLEASE NOTE: Alice in Wonderland starts at 3pm, and The Merchant of Venice starts at 4:15. Your ticket is good for admission to one or both shows (so you don't need to buy one ticket for Alice and another one for Merchant).
Show One, 3:00 - Alice in Wonderland: visit everyone's favorite world of nonsense.
Show Two, 4:15 - The Merchant of Venice: hazard the canals of Italy's center of trade in Shakespeare's play of prejudice and hypocrisy.
After The Merchant of Venice performs, we will be joined by American University Professor and 2018 Peace Educator of the Year Barbara Wien for a discussion about the themes of the play and its resonance in our modern lives. Professor Wien has worked to end human rights abuse around the world, and hosts the Peace Café discussions on the Israel/Palestine conflict at Busboys and Poets.
