Join us for an evening of songwriter stories and songs downstairs at the Black River Tavern.
Josh Rose grew up in the northern woodlands and fine tuned his songwriting in the borderlands. He has spent the past ten years touring the midwest, teaching, writing, and creating a rich body of work. Originally from southwest Michigan Lexi moved to in Nashville Tennessee in 2008 to pursue her love and passion for music.Within the last year, Lexi moved back to Michigan with the intent of taking 3 months to immerse herself in her newly recorded EP-- she found herself doing that and so much more! She received many opportunities to play her music in the west Michigan area and that hasn't stopped since. 3 months turned into 12, as she continues to pursue her love and passion for music in the local Michigan music scene. She hopes to eventually return back to the city that stole her heart when she first arrived back in 2008; for the meantime, Michigan is where it's at!

Andy Baker is a local singer-songwriter from Gobles. He has recorded two albums of his original music and performs all over southwest Michigan. On the stage where Andys music really shines. He plays 4 different instruments during his showsguitar, bouzouki, dobro, and bass...and his easy humor and energetic performance style keeps his listeners on the edges of their seats.
