NW Community Land Trust Coalition Spring Gathering
Join us for another year of education, comradery, professional development and technical assistance for community land trust organizations and affiliated partners. This year's event will be held at The Hilton Garden Inn North Seattle in Mukilteo, Washington, hosted by Homes and Hope CLT.
This year's gathering will feature sessions on succession planning, new HOA Law in Washington (national model), working with community foundations, neighborhood design, prefabricated homes and much more! With the inclusion of experts from State Housing Finance Agency Commissions, the HUD Region 10, an expanded lenders panel, as well as the return of the famous bocce ball tournament, this year's gathering is one you don't want to miss!
NWCLTC members receive a $75 discount off of a full registration, $35 off one day registration and free entrance to the Monday afternoon's "Grounding the Investment: Working with CLTs in Your Community" event.

Monday, May 13th 1-4pm "Grounding the Investment: Working with CLTs in Your Community" - Open to anyone new to the CLT model and wanting to learn more. Ideal for startup CLT's or public or private entities looking to partner with CLT's in their community. This event is $25 for non-members and free for NWCLTC Members.
Monday 4:30-8:30pm - Opening reception w/ welcome address from Edmonds Mayor Dave Earling including dinner & live music at Edmonds Yacht Club
Tuesday May 14th - 8am-5pm followed by dinner and bocce ball tournament
Wednesday May 15th - 8-3pm with a debrief session from 3-5pm.
