Steve Johnson & Those BOBtones
Blues guitar slinger Steve Mouse Johnson & Those BOBtones play The Partisan in downtown Merced Saturday, April 20th, 8 til 11pm.
Johnson was one of the busiest and most popular bluesmen in the New York area until recently moving to much warmer SoCal. His recordings have been heard in television episodes of Medium", Monster Garage", and Chopper Build-Off. Hes played on stages with Albert Collins, Paul Butterfield, Johnny Copeland, Jaco Pastorius, Lonnie Mack, Leslie West, Eddie Martinez, Paul Schaeffer and many other keystones of blues and jazz.
Steve has added the distinction of winning New York Blues & Jazz Societys Battle of the Bands twice to his lengthy musical résumé.
