QUESNEL: GROW Series - Social Media Marketing with Rhythm Club
Young Agrarians and Long Table Grocery are partnering up to offer a fun, accessible and interactive Social Media Marketing workshop with Evie Lavers, co-founder of Rhythm Club - a marketing agency with a combined 14 years of arts, music, and event marketing experience, whose founders take pride in creating accessible, entertaining, and immersive workshops and who are highly skilled at translating novel ideas into revenue. Learn to make your social media routine more effective and efficient, to help broaden your reach, and to engage more deeply with your existing customers.
No matter where you are at in your farming journey or what type of farm you operate, this workshop will help you uncover your brand story and give you the tools to tell it in a compelling and engaging way.
WHEN: Saturday, March 23, 2019, 10am-4pm with a potluck social to follow from 5-7PM at Long Table Grocery. Family and friends welcome.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: The day will be split into eight separate presentations, with a break for lunch and a wrap-up question period. In this fun, accessible and interactive workshop, you will learn about:
- Bringing the Cariboo community online - Marketing: Are you running a hobby farm or business? - Selling your story: Your business brand story and why you need one - How to build your brand kit / press kit - The wonderful world of websites & e-commerce - Social media strategy: Make social media platforms work for YOU - Facebook & Instagram basics - Social media & mental health
INSTRUCTOR BIO: Evie Lavers is an innovative entrepreneur and arts administrator from Australia, with over 7 years of experience delivering online communications, strong social media campaigns, and niche marketing services in the music industry. After completing her Advanced Diploma in Music Business from CMIT in Western Australia, she developed skills and relationships to coordinate marketing schedules for large outdoor events that delivered live music to over 15,000 attendees multiple times a year. Evie now lives in Wells, BC and is a co-founder of Rhythm Club. Rhythm Club is a full-service digital marketing agency that specializes in educational workshops and solutions for forward-thinking individuals, creative businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Built on the concept that a little advice gives you the tools to spend less time promoting your art, and more time for the fun stuff: honing your craft and dreaming bigger. Evie is also the Marketing Coordinator for Island Mountain Arts (ArtsWells Festival & Northern Exposure Conference), the Assistant Director at Tiny Lights Festival, and Workshop Trainer for BC Touring Council.
