Dr. Seuss "The Sneetches" and Other Stories

Please join us for an afternoon of stories for the whole family.
Lorenzo Palomo's delightful two piano setting of Dr. Seuss's "The Sneetches"
The program also includes songs by John Duke and Ravel's "Mother Goose" Suite for two pianos.

Performance is at the CRS Barn Studio, 2622 N. Triphammer Road, Ithaca, NY and features Rochester pianists Joseph Werner and Dr. Michael Landrum, baritone and narrator Steven Stull, and dancer Jeanne Goddard. Kids 6 years old and younger free

Joseph Werner has been the Principal Pianist with Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra since 1975 and enjoys a varied career as a soloist, collaborative artist, orchestral pianist, administrator, and educator. Michael Landrum is Professor Emeritus at Roberts Wesleyan College and is well known from his many recordings and performances in New York State and across the country. They played the world premiere of "The Sneetches in 2011, with John de Lancie as the narrator, and under the caring guidance of the composer, Lorenzo Palomo.
