Come join us and Monica Ordóñez from Importer Jorge Ordóñez Selections, as we pair selected Spanish wines from their portfolio with our Spanish seasonally inspired five course tasting menu. She will be on hand as well as Ali chewers from distributor MS Walker to talk and chat about the wines. Jorge Ordóñez Selections has always aimed to bring exemplary Spanish wines to the United States. Some of these wines are new to Maine, and we are very excited to share them with you!
Each wine will be thoughtfully paired alongside a seasonally-influenced five-course Spanish inspired menu prepared by Chefs Damian Sansonetti and Ilma Lopez. We will feature local organic produce from Stonecipher Farm in Buxton, North Star Sheep Farm in Windham, Breezy Hill Farm Pork from Berwick, and Select Maine Seafood, and finish with decadent dessert.
