Sip Twin Coyotes wines with Signe Zoller, our winemaker, as she describes wine tasting terminology and technique. Signe began her winemaking career in 1984, and was a pioneer in the wine industry. She has created a name for herself, not only because she is a female winemaker in a predominantly male trade, but also because her innovation and drive have established her as one of the notable winemakers in California. Signe has been named Winemaker of the Year by several groups, including the Central Coast Wine Growers Association, the Paso Robles Vintners and Growers Association (PRVGA, now Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance) and the Mid State Fair. Light snacks will also be served.
