If you like B. B. King or T-Bone Walker, you should hear Chris Stevens. If you like Kenny Burrell, you should hear Chris Stevens. If you like the Ventures, you should hear Chris Stevens. For nearly three decades Chris has entertained Northwest fans with soulful, jazz inflected blues and a dash of 60s era surf guitar twang. Chris is fortunate to be accompanied by bassist Mark Dalton and drummer Todd Zimberg, who possess the highest pedigrees possible for a Seattle rhythm section. Besides their many other credentials, both men played extensively with West Coast blues icons and mentors, Tom McFarland and Issac Scott. These guys bring a lot to the table and will swing and groove nonstop. Rounding out the group for this show will be Chris longtime musical collaborator, Brian Kent. Brian is one of the areas finest jazz saxophonists, known for his impeccable tone and soaring improvisations. If you like electric blues on the edge of jazz, then you should come and see the Chris Stevens Band.
