"On the Razzle"

Swannanoa, North Carolina-- March 27, 2019--Warren Wilson Theatre presents Tom Stoppards On the Razzle, running April 25th-27th at 7:30pm, with a 2:30pm matinee on April 28th, at Kittredge Theatre on the Warren Wilson College campus.

Shopkeeper Weinberl longs to break free of the monotony of everyday life, so when his boss, Herr Zangler, takes a rare day off, Weinberl and his companion, Christopher, ride to Vienna for an adventure like no other! In Vienna, the duo encounter some wacky characters: a coachman obsessed with buttocks, a passionate French maid, and a town gone zany for all things Scottish! With comical hijinks, romantic confusion, and a slow horse named Lightning, they are all sure to gain a past second to none. This hilarious farce is based on the same German story that was adapted to create Hello, Dolly!
