Martin Barre Celebrates 50 YEARS OF JETHRO TULL featuring Clive Bunker, Dee Palmer & Special Guests
In 1969, a band of four English musicians known as JETHRO TULL arrived in New York and literally took America by storm. Over the next 50 years, this legendary band accumulated over 65 million record sales and a following of loyal fans that are the envy of rock bands worldwide!
Tull guitarist Martin Barre reunites with his former Jethro Tull bandmates Clive Bunker (drums) and Dee Palmer (keyboards) in celebration of the band's 50th anniversary.
The tour will include Martin's touring band, featuring Dan Crisp on lead vocals, Alan Thomson on keyboard, Darby Todd on Drums, with Becca Langsford and Ali Hart on vocals.
As Jethro Tull and Ian Anderson are taking a break from touring, Martin has put together a band to play the "classic" music from the Tull catalogue. His band is a total commitment to give the Tull fans and a broader audience the chance to hear tracks not performed for many years.
*NOTE THAT IAN ANDERSON IS NOT PERFORMING AS PART OF THIS CONCERT*
At the center of Tull's unique sound is guitarist Martin Barre. Renowned for his formidable mastery of historic riffs, power chords and soaring melodic solos, Martin Barre has been the guitarist of Jethro Tull for 43 years.
This is an all-ages show, so bring the next generation of fans along with you! Tickets are reasonably-priced, and the band will remain after the concert to sign autographs at no additional charge. NEW releases on CD will be available for purchase.
