Redemption thinks you can never have too much Rye, so their High Rye Bourbon recipe approaches the upper limit of allowable rye grain in a bourbon mashbill.
Local Three is home to one of the largest and most diverse whiskey collections in the Southeast featuring more than 250 whiskies. Join us as we crack open our cellar for a monthly guided tasting series. Sample whiskies from around the world and talk whiskey business with our Whiskey Dude, Randy Whisnant.
Each tasting includes a whiskey cocktail, a flight featuring three 1-ounce pours and light snacks from the kitchen. Sessions are limited to 12 seats per tasting to allow for more intimate group discussion and feature beginner and intermediate level experiences.
