So, what would you do if you were witness to a mob hit and you wanted to get out of town incognito? Why, dress up like women and join an all-girls band, of course! Tony Curtis, Jack Lemmon, and Marilyn Monroe star in Some Like It Hot, named by the American Film Institute as the funniest film of the century. The gender issues the film deals with are still relevant today, which is one reason the comedy holds up so well! It also helps to have a great director like Billy Wilder at the helm, and a wonderful cast that clearly had fun making this movie. And here's a crazy bit of trivia for you: the film won only one Oscarfor best costumes! Don't miss it!
