"Raiders of the Lost Ark"
If adventure has a name it must be Indiana Jones. Steven Spielberg and George Lucas looked to the serial cliffhangers of their youth for inspiration when the two collaborated on Raiders of the Lost Ark, a rip-snorting, Nazi-punching adventure story that won five Academy Awards and was nominated for four others, including Best Picture. Harrison Ford stars as professor Indiana Jones, sent on a quest to beat a rival archaeologist to the discovery of a lifetime, the Ark of the Covenant.
