FOUR#3 Immersive Dining Experience

Please note: Due to the nature of this event only vegetarian and meat options will be available, with all other dietary requirements and allergens exempt.
This Event is an exploration into how food is considered and valued, by people of all backgrounds within the city of Bristol.
The four-course meal is an exploration into Bristols past, present and future. Created by chef and visual artist Jasmine Creusson, working alongside some of Bristols finest residents in co-creating this foodie experience.
The first participant George Cusworth shares his views and research in agricultural environmental policy.
Sovereign Jones, the second participant, works for the Better Food Company and has an abundant knowledge of health food combining with an enthusiasm for seaweed.
Our third participant is Matthew an entrepreneur who has just opened a family run exciting new Caribbean eatery called #FOOD in the heart of Bedminster.
The fourth participant is, Fozia Ismail who is a historical researcher, artist and Bristol foodie, who also runs a fantastic Somali supper club in Bishopston.
This event captures real insight into the historical context of various produce and cooking methods used here in Bristol, reflecting on Bristols colonial trade and how thats affected Bristols food habits.
Together the four dishes and their stories will have you intrigued in finding out more about the rich history of Bristols food culture and how its affecting its foodie future.
Four#3 is a unique dining event that challenges its audience and Bristolians to gain a broader, wider understanding of their own food.
