Nourish
As the days lengthen towards summer, feed body and soul with energising yoga, qigong, deep relaxation and delicious food by the amazing Glasgow Supper Club, our guest kitchen. Expect to be nurtured on every level.
Practice: Ease away the stress and strain of the week with particular focus on joy! Early Summer is the time to warm the body and open into what helps us shine. Sinuous delicious movement that feels really good.
Deep Relaxation: time to let go and enter a deeply healing tranquil state of rest, embedding the benefits of practice, renewing energy with yoga nidra.
Food: Glasgow Supper Club wowed us last year with some simply stunning and delicious dishes. So we have invited Lydia back to transport our tastebuds us again and be our kitchen for a number of yoga and food events - check our October Nourish and Harvest Retreats!
