Bumper Jacksons Duo 333 Concert
Jess Eliot Myhre and Chris Ousley are the duo at the heart of the red-hot roots band, the Bumper Jacksons. We are excited to present them in this close-up, duo format show.
Before the Bumper Jacksons came into being, Jess and Chris traveled far and wide as a duo, and they'll return to their duo roots at 333. With fresh repertoire and pared-down arrangements of Bumper J's classics, the duo sound is powerful and vocal-harmony forward. In this format, they expand their instrumentation beyond clarinet, guitar and washboard to include five string banjo, twin ukuleles, and upright bass. This should be a fantastic night of songs and stories from these two dedicated performers.
333 Coffeehouse is Annapolis' monthly listening space for folk and acoustic music. Inexpensive hot and cold beverages, desserts and snacks are offered. 333 is listener-centered, volunteer powered, non-profit, and smoke- and alcohol-free. 333 is a program of the Annapolis Traditional Dance Society.
