Intimacy In Motion Feb 20-23 at 8 p.m. and Feb 24 at 10 a.m.
Wednesday, February 20th will be a preview. Previews are for the creative team to test the show -- it's a performance monitored by the creative team to see the final sticky spots. Given this, the performance may or may not hold to address a sticky spot on this night.
On February 24th we will be having a community celebration from 10:00am - 3:00pm which everyone is welcome to attend at any time. You can register for this celebration here https://tinyurl.com/IntimacyInMotion
PLEASE NOTE: If a performance appears to be "sold out": There are still tickets available! It is our policy to only make half of the seats available for reservation, so there are still many tickets available. The box office opens one hour prior to the performance, and you are encouraged to come get tickets then.
A devised exploration of emotion, education, and social justice framed by the question "What is home and community?" Combining music, theatre, dance, and other multi-media arts, Intimacy in Motion is an encouragement for all of us to share in community understanding.
Content Advisories: Please be advised that this performance contains conversations of home, community, and identity, including brief mention or depiction of disordered eating, racism, homophobia, sexism, mental health, illness, and fat-phobia. There will also be more lengthy discussion of transphobia. Content warnings will be available in the program of the show, broken down by piece.
