The Loma, or El Finado Loco Pepe.
At a family reunion in a small mountain village in Ecuador, a cousin tells Tony a story about the death of his abuelo he never knewthe infamous Loco Pepe. Tony is forced to get in touch with a culture hes been ashamed of all his life to get to the bottom of what kind of man his abuelo was, and why his death has been shrouded in secret for so long. The Loma jumps from past to present, from reenactment to imagined scenario, as multiple generations of this family attempt to make sense of the life and death of a man eclipsed by legend.
