AIAOC TOUR - Broadstone Cavora, Laguna Niguel
Broadstone Cavora is a new large scale, transit oriented residential community that has achieved LEED and Energy Star certifications. Following a strict guideline on healthy living, Cavora includes amenities and sustainable products to live in a green environment.
Learning Objectives:
1.Architects will learn how to design transit-oriented projects.
2.Architects will learn about specific code requirements for large scale residential wrap projects that have achieved LEED and Energy Star certifications.
3.Architects will experience residential amenity
requirements for healthy living conditions.
4.Architects will discuss how Title 24 code energy requirements impact large scale residential design.
