Life can get pretty hectic. The stress of exams, balancing out studying, socialising and perhaps dance training can be a bit much. Our yoga classes are the perfect way for teens to keep grounded and listen to what they need.
Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness whilst balancing the body and mind.
Class Level: Open. Participants should be aged 13 17 years (School year 9 13).
Summer Term Start: Tuesday 23 April* Half Term: Week beginning Monday 27 May End: Saturday 20/Sunday 21 July *Monday classes will commence on Monday 29 April (due to the bank holiday)
