Bayscapes Art Auction Show and Sale
This is the place for art enthusiasts of all ages. And so it has been since our first Georgian Bay Land Trust Art Auction in November, 2004. Seventy generous artists donated their fine art works which attracted 300 very enthusiastic viewers and buyers. Wood carvings, multi-media art forms, original oil, acrylic, and water colour paintings, gicle reproductions, pottery and jewellery. Of course every work of art portrayed the Bay in one way or another. The silent auction was followed by a live auction of 10 items valued over $1000.00. The enthusiasm was overwhelming. The money earned at this event contributes to the expense of stewarding the land for which the Land Trust is responsible.
