It's the 90s. We're in Los Angeles. California. A brave cop named Macbeth receives a prophecy from a trio of witches that one day he will become The Chief of Police. Consumed by ambition and spurred to action by his wife, Macbeth murders Chief Duncan and takes the throne for himself.
