Luca Cupani - Lives I Never Lived
"What do you want to be when you grow up?" In his mid 30s Luca managed to narrow the possible answers down to a few options: Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church, Legionnaire in the French Foreign Legion, expert Japanese sword-smith, lecturer in Latin and a call center operator. Eventually, only one of those exciting career paths became true.
In this brand new show, the Italian who was too funny for his own country describes the lives he never had.
A natural storyteller, Luca is ready to entertain you with his gentle, endearing dark humour. There will also be room for improvisation and audience interaction.
Winner of So You Think You're Funny (2015), Luca appeared at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal (2016) and has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival since 2014. He has gigged across Europe (Netherlands, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Switzerland) and since 2018 he is a regular guest on the Italian TV show Zelig Time. Luca also recently featured on The Arts Hour Tour (BBC World Service) later this month.
