VisionFest 5: Johnny 5 is Alive
LiveWire Chicago presents our 5th annual short play festival VISIONFEST 5: JOHNNY 5 IS ALIVE. Jul 17 - Aug 2 at Intuit: The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art (756 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago IL 60642).
VF5 will be presented in two programs.
Program 1 plays Wed Jul 17 at 7:30 p.m., Fri Jul 19 at 7:30 p.m., Thu Jul 25 at 7:30 p.m., Fri Jul 26 at 9 p.m., Wed Jul 31 at 7:30 p.m. and Fri Aug 2 at 7:30 p.m.

LiveWire established VisionFest in 2008 as a community-driven festival featuring unique guidelines each year chosen by a public vote. For this year's festival, LiveWire asked the community what "Play on 5" should submissions be guided by... With 25% of the vote, Johnny 5 is Alive -- plays dealing with technology's influence on society (or what happens when things short circuit) won the popular vote.
