Welcome to Bohemia: Guitar Under the Stars Fundraiser!
Virtuoso guitarist Daniel Salazar is bringing his annual Guitar Under the Stars event back to Hartford on September 7th, and he needs your help! Welcome to Bohemia is throwing a fundraiser (and a special VIP event!) to do just that, and we know how to make it a party.
As noted, there will be two shows this time: A VIP evening on Thursday, July 18th, for a $50 donation (which also grants admission to the Saturday show) and a party on Saturday, July 20th for a $20. donation.
On Thursday, the VIP event happen at the Bicycle Studio at 89 Arch Street from 7-9pm, with:
An intimate sitting room concert by Daniel Salazar Jr.
A special performance by guitarist Randy Collins
live painting by Andres Chaparro (the finished piece will be part of the silent auction!)
An artist meet and greet, and first selection of art to
purchase
A 20 photo retrospective of Guitar Under the Stars by Steven Laschever
Exclusive silent auction choices, including Andres Chaparro's new piece, created while you watch
Complimentary wine
Food provided by the wondrous Chef Gabriella
Many surprises!
On Saturday, the main party will drop at the Hartford Bicycle Studio at 89 Arch Street, from 7:30pm to midnight. The night will be a celebration of Latin culture, and will include:
A live Performance by Daniel Salazar Jr. and his band.
Live flamenco dancing
Salsa dance lessons!
Original art works by renound regional artists: Andres Chaparro, and other regional artists TBA
A silent auction
Libations (cash bar) and noshables (on the house!)
Performances by other musicians TBA
Surprises!
Remember, your $50 tickets for the VIP event includes admission to Saturday night's party!
