ESCC Executive Director/Board Chair Meeting
We invite you and a representative of your board of directors to join us March 1 to provide your input into building our new strategic plan and objectives you see as priorities for us to focus on this year. We continue to strive to help build your capacity to engage and support the well-being of older adults.
ESCC consulted with key stakeholders in health and community to develop a strategic framework that will guide our work over the next five years.
The framework builds on ESCC's strengths in shared planning and coordination and provides direction for collaborating with an aim of collective impact. The work we have done over the last few years has allowed us to increase our ability to support collaborations with our members. As we look ahead to the next few years we want to continue to bridge the relationship between community-based seniors organizations and other sectors such as health, transportation and housing.
As part of the meeting we will facilitate table discussions about your experience with collaboration and where you think more support is required to enable your organization to engage in collaborations.
