Bella J "Lovers of Spring"
The mesmerizing vocalist Bella J digs into selected standards for Spring such as Joy Spring, Never Let Me Go, Agua de Beber, and Smile with a little help from a couple of the most sought after jazz veterans of New York City: Bassist Noriko Ueda and Pianist Takaaki Otomo. Bella will take the audience into a journey through sadness, desire, and joy, uncovering the emotional and personal aspects of long-loved great jazz standards.
Hailed as The best interpreter of Mary Lou Williams Black Coffee, Bella J has her roots in Soul, R&B, and Jazz. As she sings her own songs and standards, she brings her audiences to the deep emotional places where it's barely touched in no other ways. With an exceptionally wide range of voice and naturally soothing tone, she sets the mood right for every song and brings out the impact out of each word so vividly.
