The Path to Mental Wellness - Managing Stress: Coping Mechanisms for Economic Fatigue (Running on Empty)
In the current economic environment struggling to make ends meet has become commonplace for many families. Many have lost their homes or have had to turn to food banks to feed their families. They are struggling to survive and looking for coping mechanisms to get through the hard times. This 90-minute forum provides some options.
Coping Mechanisms for Economic Fatigue is the second in a series of four-interactive forums on managing stress for parents, service providers and active adults. The forums are being presented by San Francisco Mental Health Education Funds, Inc., (SFMHEF) and will culminate with a large Stress Management Expo in Feb 15-16, 2014 at the Oakland Convention Center
At the July 17th Forum Financial professionals, distinguished physicians, a best-selling author and a holistic coach will give detailed presentations and answer audience questions on the following issue that can lead to stress:
