Stagiaire Supersupper One
It's summer in Miami, and it is H.O.T. That doesn't mean The Genuine Hospitality Group executive chef Bradley Herron's suppers to send his line cooks to stage with a great chef will stop! We're putting away the bug spray and citronella, and taking this affair indoors for the first Stagiaire Supersupper of the summer season. Say that five times fast!
Please join us as we take Brad's family-style, outdoor dinners for 30 to the next level, and introduce Stagiaire Supersupper One! 15 guests will gather around a communal table inside Bradley's House to enjoy a welcome beverage, hors d'oeuvres, and intimate five course tasting menu with wines selected by TGHG Wine Director Eric Larkee. Since the first dinner falls at the start of the annual Summer of Riesling, you can imagine Eric is having a field day with pairings.
After a successful first five suppers, and cooks sent to Greenhouse Tavern (Steve Martin,) SBRAGA (Milton Vega,) Barbuto (Ray Melendi,) Juan Mayo (soon to be at Hot & Hot Fish Club) and Akino West (to Noma in 2014,) it is line cook Gabe's turn! Help us make it possible.
When: Sunday, June 30, 5:30-8:00 p.m. Where: Hosted by Executive Chef Bradley Herron at his home in Morningside, just north of Miami's Design District.
