Leading Complex Work by Leveraging the Value of Conflict
This one-day, professional development seminar facilitated by Greg Abell, founder & principal of Sound Options Group, will give participants the skills and strategies for leveraging the value of conflict.
In this workshop you will: Identify the dynamics of conflict and how they impact personal and professional relationships. Recognize multiple roles and responsibilities supervisors have in managing conflict - proactive and reactive. Learn practical strategies for resolving conflict on your team. Thank you to Olympic College for hosting us! Students will be on Spring Break so there will be plenty of available parking. Enter campus off of Warren Avenue. Park in the NW G4 lot in front of the north-side of the College Instruction Center, Building 7.
Fee: $150/person. Send 4 people, the 5th is free. Lunch included.
Greg Abell - Interpersonal relationships lie at the core of everything Greg does. He believes that everything of importance occurs in relationships. He especially enjoys helping organizations design systems to engage conflict with curiosity and optimism. Greg's psychology background prepared him for his entry into the emerging field of alternative dispute resolution Greg has helped individuals and organizations successfully navigate through conflict and change since the 1980s.
