Bee's Bookshare - Sisterhood special
Join Bees Bookshare, The Margate Bookshop and Daisy Buchanan as they come together to celebrate the POW!er of women writers, readers and the female voice.
Author and award-winning journalist Daisy Buchanan launches her brand new book Sisterhood. Joined by a panel of friends, Daisy delves into the remarkable bond between women; as family, asfriends, as community, and what that connection means in todays world.
Daisy and Bee then invite you to share the female voices that have inspired, intrigued and impressed you - books written by women, books about the female experience, books on feminism in a special bookshare.
The Margate Bookshop will have a specially curated selection of POWerful reads to buy, as well as Daisys book, throughout the event. Everyone is welcome, women and men. Please just bring one book to swap and reading banter to share.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
