Argentinian Wine Dinner
The Establishment proudly announces a four-course paired dinner with the wines of Argentinian producer Luna de Esperanza. Executive chef Matt Canter was fortunate enough to meet vineyard owners from the Lowcountry who produce ultra-premium wines from the Uco Valley and the decision was immediately made to combine forces to create a fabulous evening. This dinner will present a true expression of the Argentine terroir in the form of regional ingredients and grapes paired with our own local flavors to create an incredibly memorable evening of food and wine.
The Story of Luna de Esperaza: Our love of adventure and the pursuit of superb wines led us from our homes in Charleston, SC all the way down to Mendoza, Argentina in hopes of one day making wines of our own. Our goal was to create wines with true finesse that represented the distinct terroir of our favorite wine region. That hope was realized in the foothills of the famed Valley de Uco when, as fate would have it, our beloved Palmetto States crescent moon rose high above the Andes Mountains. We present to you Luna de Esperanza (Moon of Hope).
