Chef Edward Lee - Cookbook Dinner @ Southern Rail

Meet Chef Edward Lee for a magical night highlighting his cookbook dinner at Southern Rail, Monday March 18th, 7:00pm.

Changing Hands Bookstore (Phoenix) next door, will have a pre-dinner talk and booksigning in celebration of his new book, 'Buttermilk Graffiti'. The talk starts at 6:00pm, is free and open to the public.

$95 per person (includes dinner, cookbook, & gratuity)

OPTIONAL: + $23 per person Bourbon flight (pay at event)

(cut off for ticket sales on Saturday 16th, end of day)

Chef Justin Beckett will be creating inspired dishes from Edward Lee's cookbooks. Food courses to include 11 recipes from Chef Lee's 'Smoke & Pickles' and 'Buttermilk Graffiti' cookbooks.
