Chef Edward Lee - Cookbook Dinner @ Southern Rail

Meet Chef Edward Lee for a magical night highlighting his cookbook dinner at Southern Rail, Monday March 18th, 7:00pm.

Changing Hands Bookstore (Phoenix) next door, will have a pre-dinner talk and booksigning in celebration of his new book, 'Buttermilk Graffiti'. The talk starts at 6:00pm, is free and open to the public.

Chef Justin Beckett will be creating inspired dishes from Edward Lee's cookbooks. Food courses to include 11 recipes from Chef Lee's 'Smoke & Pickles' and 'Buttermilk Graffiti' cookbooks.
