Homebrewing 101
George Kolcun will show you how to brew your own beer from start to finish. Throughout this 4-hour, hands-on experience, enjoy sampling several of his homebrews and light snacks. Each participant will be able to pick up a bottle of the finished product - with a label commemorating the day - once fermentation is complete approximately 6 weeks after the event. Each participant will also receive a gift certificate for a beer tasting at State Room.
