Four indie rock bands presented by Tiny Oak Booking grace the carpets of the Lizard Lounge tonight.

PINEAPPLE JAM is a Boston-based funky, bluesy, jazzy rock band. Pineapple Jam consists of lead singer/drummer Tom Burke, guitarist/singer Steve Baldrate, guitarist Mike Powell, bassist/singer Kyle LeBlanc, saxophonist Andrew Douris, and keyboardist Steve Griffin. Formed in 2013, Pineapple Jam has been playing around the Boston and greater Boston area since 2014. With influences such as Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Mayer Trio, and Jimi Hendrix, Pineapple Jam has been able to create around 30 original songs as well as knowing around 30 cover songs

RAWSTRUM is an indie rock / punk band. They play loud and raw - as the name suggests

PAPER CITIZEN is a Boston-based indie rock project led by Singaporean singer-songwriter, violinist, guitarist and music producer, Claire Gohst. The band was voted Deli Magazines New England Emerging Artist of the Month for October 2016, and was nominated in the 2017 New England Music Awards for the category New Act of the Year.

NEWFANE is a 4-piece rock band from Boston. The band's dark and melodic sound has themes of middle-age death, despair, and destruction, with grinding riffs, soaring harmonies, and offbeat rhythms. Listeners may hear echoes of R.E.M., Pixies, Sebadoh, and Pink Floyd.
